1. Refunds Policy: Cancellations will be accepted up to 1st December 2008.

Up to this date fees paid will be refunded minus an administrative fee of US$50. No refunds will be allowed after 1st December 2008.

2. Presenters must register and pay for a full conference registration prior to being placed on the Program - that is by 1st December 2008.

3. Withdrawals will not be accepted by email or phone after 1st December 2008.

4. LATE WITHDRAWALS after 1st December 2008 will be treated as NO SHOWS unless the withdrawal is for medical reasons.to register, please click here
